By Fatima Calderon
- Am I
qualified?
I like to think so. I do have a Bachelors degree in
International Business, with a focus on management and logistics. But,
foremost, I have 13 years working with international firms, bringing real
results in such areas as business development, operational
procedures, human resources, and marketing.
- Why become independent now?
Just as firms that hire consultants need flexibility, I need
it too. Being an independent consultant allows me to work around my other life
responsibilities (mainly my children) while still being engaged professionally
in a way I find meaningful.
- Should you hire me?
My commitment is to bring all my experience, skills, and
creativity to every project I work on. As an independent consultant, the most
important thing I have is my reputation so while I'm working to help you
overcome your challenges and meet your goals, I'll also be focused on bringing
you real, tangible results because my reputation depend on it.
I pride myself in my organizational and analytical skills
and I bring that to every case. There is no “one size fits all” with me. Even
if I apply the same principles I will look for the unique spin to your business
because every situation is really unique.
I'll be adding case studies and real testimonials of people
and companies I have helped grow, streamline, and maximize.
I'll also be adding tips I've learned through the years and
resources I've found useful.
I'm excited to share this journey with you all!
